Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. Before making a return please email contact@scatteredgem.com for a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Returns postmarked outside of the 10 day window will not be accepted.

Once your return is received we will send you an email to notify you. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund after inspection based on the condition of the return.
