For Sterling Silver .925 you can also place an anti-tarnish strip in the jewelry box or pouch for further protection. If the jewelry comes in contact with water, perfume, hair products, sweat, or any other form of moisture, be sure to wipe and dry the piece. Sterling Silver .925 jewelry can be cleaned with a sterling silver .925 cloth.
Stretch styles, should be placed on and off the body with care. Do not stretch the elastic out very wide. Delicately, insert your hand/foot as narrowly as possible through the bracelet or anklet. Make sure not to place your jewelry over your clothing.
REFUNDS / RETURNS
We accept returns of unworn items* (does not include sale or personalized/customized or sized items) in their original condition and packaging within 10 days of the original purchase date. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. Before making a return please email contact@scatteredgem.com for a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Returns postmarked outside of the 10 day window will not be accepted.
Once your return is received we will send you an email to notify you. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund after inspection based on the condition of the return.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days (may vary depending on your bank).
