To best care for your jewelry, here’s what we recommend: Avoid wearing your jewelry in the shower, ocean, or pool and limit contact with perfumes, hair products, and lotions. Avoid banging your jewelry on table tops or against any other hard surfaces.

Pack your jewelry individually with care - avoid placing it into a pile of jewelry.

To care for the jewelry and refrain from tarnishing, store them in a dry area. The smallest amount of moisture in the air can lead to tarnishing. Store the jewelry in a jewelry box or pouch. For Sterling Silver .925 you can also place an anti-tarnish strip in the jewelry box or pouch for further protection. If the jewelry comes in contact with water, perfume, hair products, sweat, or any other form of moisture, be sure to wipe and dry the piece.  Sterling Silver .925 jewelry can be cleaned with a sterling silver .925 cloth.

​Stretch styles, should be placed on and off the body with care. Do not stretch the elastic out very wide. Delicately, insert your hand/foot as narrowly as possible through the bracelet or anklet. Make sure not to place your jewelry over your clothing.

We accept returns of unworn items* (does not include sale or personalized/customized or sized items) in their original condition and packaging within 10 days of the original purchase date. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. Before making a return, please email contact@scatteredgem.com for a Return Authorization Number (RA#).
