We accept returns of unworn items* (does not include sale or personalized/customized or sized items) in their original condition and packaging within 10 days of the original purchase date. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. Before making a return, please email contact@scatteredgem.com for a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Returns postmarked outside of the 10-day window will not be accepted. Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you. Thank you.

To care for the jewelry to refrain from tarnishing, store them in a dry place.
